Returns Policy
At Dromos Mercantile Inc., we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. This returns policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returns.
- Return Eligibility:
- You may return a product within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original unopened condition with all original packaging. If your product has been lost or damaged in transit, contact contact@dromos.ca within 48 hours of confirmation of delivery.
- Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Service: Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@dromos.ca to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, details about the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping the item back to us upon review.
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging or an appropriate box to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the RAN and a note detailing the reason for the return.
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for the original and return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking information.
- Inspection and Refund:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exclusions:
- We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within two business days of receiving the item for refund eligibility.
