Returns Policy

At Dromos Mercantile Inc., we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. This returns policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returns.

  1. Return Eligibility:
    • You may return a product within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original unopened condition with all original packaging. If your product has been lost or damaged in transit, contact contact@dromos.ca within 48 hours of confirmation of delivery.
  1. Return Process:
    • Contact our Customer Service: Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@dromos.ca to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, details about the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping the item back to us upon review.
    • Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging or an appropriate box to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the RAN and a note detailing the reason for the return.
    • Ship the Item: You are responsible for the original and return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking information.
  1. Inspection and Refund:
    • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
    • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  1. Exclusions:
    • We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within two business days of receiving the item for refund eligibility.
