The Dromos.ca Newsletter Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”) begins on September 15, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of Dromos.ca, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

No purchase is necessary. During the Contest Period, eligible participants may enter by subscribing to the Dromos.ca email newsletter at https://dromos.ca/pages/dromos-vip-signup

One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of a Cetaphil skincare gift bundle. Approximate retail value: $100 CAD.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Dromos.ca, which reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value.

On or about October 10, 2025, one (1) entrant will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted by email at the address provided upon subscription within five (5) business days of the draw.

To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

a) Respond to the notification within five (5) business days;

b) Correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question; and

c) Sign and return a declaration and release form confirming compliance with these Official Rules and releasing Dromos.ca from liability.

If the selected entrant fails to meet these requirements, another entrant may be selected.

By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Dromos.ca for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Dromos.ca’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time after the Contest, but doing so during the Contest Period will void eligibility.

Dromos.ca reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Dromos.ca is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Dromos.ca, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and directors from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the Prize.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
